Subject: End-Of-Service notice of the ZTE CDN VS8000C
Dear Customer,
The ZTE CDN VS8000C service will be stopped since the date stated in Table 1. After this date, ZTE will no longer provide any service of the CDN VS8000C, including technical support (site technical support, remote technical support, and the 800 hotline) and spare part service (hardware maintenance and spare part replacement). Any product whose maintenance service contract is not due after the CDN VS8000C service is stopped, ZTE will continue to execute the maintenance service contract.
Meanwhile, to help you smoothly complete the project replacement and migration, during the year after the EOS date, we will continue to provide FAQs and solutions for known problems for your viewing and downloading.
