Notice :End-of-Service and Support for ZXME OTAPS
Dear Customers:
Here is the formal announcement from ZTE Corporation. Since December 30, 2014, ZTE Corporation has stopped the selling of whole-set products, acceptance of new sales orders (including expansion orders) and new requirement for ZXME OTAPS. Since December 30, 2016, ZTE Corporation has stopped the service and support.
From the end-of-service date on, ZTE has no longer provided any services of this product, including: technical supports (such as onsite technical support, remote technical support, and the 800 hotline) and spare parts services (such as hardware maintenance, spare parts replacement). For details, refer to the Table 1:

ZTE has no alternative product planning for ZXME OTAPS,and it is assured by ZTE that this will not affect the existing service relation and quality.
