Subject: End of Service and Support for ZXSS10 SS1b (V2 platform)
Dear Customers:
Here is the formal announcement from ZTE Corporation. According to the customer’s requirement and ZTE’s total product planning: From May 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, ZTE will sell the ZXSS10 SS1b (V2 platform) with control. From January 1, 2015, ZTE will stop selling whole-set products and stop accepting new sales orders (including expansion orders). From March 31, 2015, ZTE will stop selling spare parts. From March 31, 2017, ZTE Corporation will stop the service and support, including technical support (on-site technical support, remote technical support, and the 800 hotline) and spare parts services (including hardware maintenance and spare parts replacement).
ZTE Corporation has launched the ZXSS10 SS1b (V4 platform) product as a substitute for the ZXSS10 SS1b (V2 platform) product.
