ZTE officially announces that the sales of ZXA10 F829 be stopped on Aug. 31th, 2017. After this day, ZTE will not receive the order for aforementioned products. The service and support of ZXA10 F829 will be stopped on Mar. 31th, 2020. After this day, ZTE will not provide any service with regard to this product, including technical support (on-site technical support, remote technical support, 800 hot-line) and spare parts service (hardware repair and replacement). At the same time, within one year after the EOS date, the FAQ of the product and technical information can be accessed and downloaded at the ZTE support site to get help.
