Here is the formal announcement from ZTE Corporation. Sales of the ZXDSL 9816 products will be officially stopped from May 31, 2018 . After this day, ZTE will not receive the new order for the product, and will not accept the new demands. The sales of spare boards and parts for the ZXDSL 9816 product will be stopped on June 30, 2018.
ZTE assures this measure does not affect existing service relation and quality.
ZTE supplies ZXA10 9806V and ZXA10 9819G products which have the similar features and capabilities or better performance for the replacement of the product ZXDSL 9816. The FAQ of the product and technical information can be visited at the technical support site to get help.
