After that date, orders for products will no longer be accepted and orders for spare parts will be accepted. | Last Time Buy of Spare Parts | LTBSP | Deadline for submitting purchase orders for spare parts. Note: Products similar to mobile devices and pure software products are not involved. | End of Full Support | EOFS | Date when the system stops fixing the defects found in the software version and provides patches. Note: After this date, no new defects will be fixed and no new patch version will be provided. However, the released patches can still provide the software update service for the customer. | End of Service & Support | EOS | Date when any product service or support is stopped. Note: It includes software version maintenance or defect repair, hardware repair and spare parts replacement services, and all support services (including service hotline and remote/on-site support) for the product. |
