XGW is connected to OCS.
An app like tiktok is configured in XDPI with rating group 370 (via rule-si, charge rule)
DNS is made free (via rating group 1800)
Some subscribers are given an OCS package with tiktok only(i.e. for rating group 370).
The subscribers does not have any other balance or data package.
Issue:
In certain subscribers, tiktok is not working.
With data trace, we see data being transferred to and from, but the app is not working.
This problem is only in few handsets.
In other handsets it is working.
